Where these listings come from

Read on 2026-10-30. AICTE's approved-institutes dashboard refused every connection on 30 Oct 2026, so states without a readable counselling register (Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Odisha and others) show only the IITs, NITs and other institutes checked on their own websites. Ownership is shown only where the register states it; many Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh rows have none. Fees are not listed: each state's counselling authority publishes them every year (use the Counselling button).

  1. State CET Cell, Maharashtra — FE (B.E./B.Tech) CAP 2026 institute list (opens in a new tab) 380 institutes with address, district, status, branches and 2026-27 intake (each institute's summary page), read 2026-10-30.
  2. Karnataka Examinations Authority — UGCET 2026 engineering cut-off lists (opens in a new tab) Round-2 lists (rest of Karnataka, Hyderabad-Karnataka, special): every college KEA allotted engineering seats in, with address and branches.
