A good fit if you...
- Want a bank job in your own state.
- Are a graduate looking for a stable job without an interview stage.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Clerk recruits Customer Service Associates for public sector banks, state-wise. There is no interview, which makes it a popular first banking job for graduates who want to work in their home state.
The IBPS Common Recruitment Process for Clerks is held once a year. Vacancies are announced state-wise, and candidates can apply for only one state, whose official language they should know.
Selection is based purely on Mains marks — there is no interview. A Language Proficiency Test (LPT) checks the state's official language for those who did not study it in school.
Bachelor of Arts (BA), BCom, BSc, BTech, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and others are all eligible.
