Phase 3 · Year 1–2 Two years of study Pharmaceutics, pharmacology and pharmacy practice.
- Year 1: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Biochemistry and Human Anatomy and Physiology.
- Year 2: Pharmacology, Community Pharmacy, Pharmacotherapeutics, Hospital Pharmacy and Jurisprudence.
- Practicals form a significant portion of the learning.

Phase 4 · After Year 2 Practical training About three months or 500 hours of hospital or community training.
- Complete the mandatory practical training in a hospital or community pharmacy.
- Learn dispensing, counselling and inventory management.
- Maintain the training record.
